Beginner Yoga with weights is a six week series introduction to yoga using light hand and ankle weights. Perfect for beginners to Yoga as well as those wanting to add weights to their practice. Yoga with weights is done at a slow, smooth pace coordinating breath and movement. Faith Bieler will lead you through a practice that is designed to build bone density, increase muscle and core strength and focus on balance. Perfect for all ages. For those desiring a gentle way to work weight training and balance work into their lives. Beginner Yoga with Weights also offers the many auxiliary benefits of yoga including mindfulness, heightened body awareness, grounding, centering, stretching, flexing and overall relief of stress.
