A Pet Tech First Aid course is being offered by Sally Achey this coming Saturday. Space for the class is being donated by the Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired and a portion of the proceeds go to Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
Registration is now open to the public with a few spots left if you would like to participate and support a good cause at the same time!
Location: 60 Kimball Avenue, South Burlington
Cost for the day: $65
Description: Some topics covered will be safely restraining an injured animal, choking, CPR & rescue breathing, bleeding injuries. Course comes with a handbook and the majority is hands-on, practicing on a real dog.
