American Flatbread will be hosting a benefit for my mom Susan Idol this Friday starting at 5. It will be a normal dinner service night so come early to get your name in. Part of the proceeds go to my mom and her on going recovery. For those that don't know her story, she was in a house fire back in October that left more than 50% of her body effected. After a month in the icu and over two months in the hospital she is recovering with her family back in the valley. Please come support her and eat some great food at Flatbread Friday 5/19/17.
