Guided Meditation for Pain Management for people with disabilities, their allies, friends and caregivers, presented by VCIL staff at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Bennington, 108 School Street on June 7, 1:00-3:00. Meditation has been clinically proven to help manage chronic pain. We will practice meditation techniques with a focus on managing and coping with chronic pain and talk about our experiences. If you have knowledge or practice with using meditation or mindfulness for pain relief/management, please come and share. Wear comfortable clothes. Events are free.
