THE BRANDON INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADE IS JULY 1, AND YOU ARE INVITED!
Due to the downtown construction project, the parade—and all events—will be held at Park Village, off of Rte 7 just north of town. And what a gorgeous place to celebrate our nation’s independence!!! The parade route circles the campus, so it begins and ends at the same place, and it’s exactly the same length as the parade route was in town. Rolling green lawns along the route provide lots of viewing space, and there will be plenty of parking for parade participants at the end of the line-up. It’s really an ideal set-up!
And just to add icing to the cake, this year the parade will be led by the incredible Vermont National Guard 40th Army band!!
If you don’t have one already, applications are available at the Library and the Town Offices. Don’t miss out on participating in the biggest small town parade in Vermont!
