From VTrans: A public meeting to review the plan to replace the Route 2 Bridge Over Snipe Island Brook in Richmond will be held Wednesday, May 17, at 6:30 p.m. at the Richmond Public Library, 201 Bridge Street.

The project team will make a brief presentation about the project, introduce the contractor, receive public comment and respond to questions.

The Vermont Agency of Transportation expected to close the bridge for four weeks just after schools were closed for summer break. With the extended school year due to snow days, closing may be delayed until late June/early July.
