The 5th annual Hearts for Hunger 5K/1K walk and run is fast approaching, Saturday May 20th at CVU high school! Our registration website is live and pre-registration is encouraged. All proceeds are donated to the VT Foodbank backpack program. This program provides school teachers with food to discretely put in their student's backpacks to help with nutrition on weekends and school breaks. Can't make the event? Donations are welcome. Last year we were able to donate $7,500. With 1 in 4 VT children being food insecure, this fun run/walk has an important social justice message and has become a popular community event. Join us!
