We are installing a new Little Free Library on our corner at Balsam & Shore!
Little Free Libraries are just that - a community resource to share the joy of reading - open to any and all.
Come join in giving ours a good start on Sat. May 13th between 2-4pm.
We’ll have some tea and cookies to share.
If you can’t make it for the event, it’s open for visiting anytime thereafter!
Please consider bringing a good book or two to donate.
More treats for the tea party also happily accepted!
Reading for all ages and genres accepted. However, this library is not intended to be a receptacle for your rejects, but rather an opportunity to pass on joy, inspiration and educational reading to others.
(Perhaps put a little note card inside books telling others why you recommend it!)
Hope this little place to stop might provide a worthy destination along your walks and ways through the ‘hood, and provide us all with some good summer reading!
And I most welcome the help of anyone who would like to help to steward the library by procuring and collecting good books to keep it filled!
