Friends of the Willoughby State Forest will be hosting an East and West Cove beach clean up on May 20, 2017 from 10 to 12 at the South end of Lake Willoughby. We are looking for volunteers to us, We will supply trash bags, maybe a few treats and an opportunity to join our new nonprofit organization. We hope you will consider joining us for this event. If we have enough volunteers, some of us may also pick up trash on the CCC road.
Participants will meet at the boat put-in opposite White Caps Campground, where we will have a table staffed by a Board member who will have copies of our new brochure, and who will be prepared to accept memberships.
