Keynote address by 20 year jail superintendent, Richard Van Winkler, followed by comments by VT State Sen David Zuckerman, VT State Rep Susan Davis, and Moderator VT State Sen Joe Benning. A compelling and powerful discussion with the audience is expected to follow.
