Creating a New Story In our Political Response to Safely and Creatively Embody Love and Compassion, a workshop practicing self-empathy to reduce stress, as well as empathy for others.
The recent election marks a time of great uncertainty. Now is the time to create a NEW STORY titled 'We Are All in This Together." In this workshop, we will practice connecting with others to animate compassion and interbeing.

There will be two parts of this workshop. First, we will get solidly clear on the beauty of our needs so that we can calmly dialogue with people who see the world differently. We will practice empathy for those caught in anger and fear, so we can avoid fighting about what we don't want and work together for our common needs.

You will discover and experience:

How to stay optimistic and get your needs met, in a world that often looks bleak
Support to help you bridge any family political differences
Standing within your center when political debates happen around you
Practice personal self-empathy work to get clear on your needs in this time
Practice relating to others with empathy and connection
Invite a new coalition that changes our politics to become more life-serving
