Wildlife Tracking Club Sunday May 7

Past event
May 7, 2017, 1 to 4 PM

Time to search the silty shoreline of the Winooski River for otter, mink, beaver and bobcat! We'll meet at the Ethan Allen Homestead Museum (the main parking lot at the homestead), then walk north towards the peninsula. This is one of just two locations where bobcat has been reported within Burlington city boundaries. It's unlikely we'll track them on this outing, but the banks of the river may have some surprises in store... Bring your mud boots!

The Burlington Tracking Club gathers monthly to look for wildlife track and sign in different natural areas in and around Burlington, VT. Gatherings are free, informal, and open to all experience levels. The goal is to connect with Burlington's wildlife and learn from each other as we explore.
