In a previous posting the date for the Estate Planning Basics Workshop was incorrect. The correct date for this valuable workshop is May 13th, 10:30 - 12:00 at Holley Hall. In this FREE workshop we will discuss the "three flavors" of estate planning basics (including the use of a living trust), the importance of beneficiary designations for "non-probate" assets (i.e., insurance, IRAs and retirement plans) and why instructions for your loved ones at your death or possible disability are SO helpful.
