Spend a May afternoon with the lovely Spring plants and learn how to use them for your HEALTH, VITALITY and SPRING CLEANSING !!

Spring is a great time for detoxing our bodies and souls – cleansing after a long winter. Together we will learn about the spring plants bursting out of the earth and how to use them as medicine and food. We will steep ourselves in the spring energy and dig, harvest and make plant potions for you to take home. We will also connect and support our inner essence with a guided spring meditation and ritual.

Come share tasty Spring-herb snacks, teas & recipes !!

You will TAKE HOME - 1 green plant potion, a spring plant medicine handout, a potted-up herb, and you will leave full of SPRING INSPIRATION, POTENTIAL & SUPPORT for your body and soul.
