Jericho Planning Commission Meeting - May 2

Past event
May 2, 2017, 7 to 9 PM

The Jericho Planning Commission is meeting on Tuesday May 2 from 7 pm - 9 pm in the Town Hall. The public is welcome to attend.

The following items are on the agenda for the evening:

The first item on the Agenda is the Public Hearing for the Land Use Regulations ("AKA Zoning Regulations"). This will be a time for the public to comment on the regulations. The Planning Commission, after hearing comment, will determine if they are ready to send the amendments to the Selectboard. The Selectboard will hold one or more hearings if necessary.

Following the public hearing, 15 minutes have been set aside for public comment. This will serve as the time where the public will be able to chime in on items both on and not on the agenda. This is a recent change in the JPC policy for public comment.

The JPC will discuss the EPA "Sustainable Design and Green Building Tool Kit"

The JPC will debrief from the public comment forum they held on Tuesday on April 25th.

And if time permits the JPC will talk about future meeting agendas.

Please feel free to contact the Town Planner, Katherine Sonnick (ksonnick@jerichovt.gov), with any questions or comments.
