Mark your calendars, if you haven’t already done it, for Green Up Day 2017!

Lend a hand and join in the festivities! Spend the morning "greening up" then drop off Green Up bags in the Municipal Offices parking lot May 6th from 9-1 p.m. The Boy Scouts will be on hand selling delicious baked goods and to help unload and AmeriGas is sponsoring a free cookout for all participants!

You may also green up before May 6th if conditions and your schedule allow. The dumpster will be on site beginning Thursday, April 27th for volunteers who want to get an early start! Green Up bags may be picked up at the Municipal Offices or the Village Sport Shop.

Please do not place tires or scrap metal in the dumpster! These items may be placed next to the dumpster in the designated area. Also please consider donating any returnable bottles and cans you pick up to the Boy Scouts Fundraiser.

Be smart and watch out for trash that looks unusual, dangerous. Needles are a hazard and should be disposed of in trash (not recycling) in a sealed container. Report any sites that appear to have hazardous items.
