Got hazardous waste? Don’t throw it in the trash! Central Vermont Solid Waste Management District organizes special collection days around Central Vermont that are open to residents from its member towns, including Barre Town. The first collection of the season will be at the Barre Town Garage (129 Websterville Rd.), April 29th, 9am – 1pm. Fees are $20 per carload for residents of CVSWMD member towns. Combine with friends and family to save on the fee, gas and mileage!
Businesses that wish to dispose of hazardous waste are asked to pre-register by calling CVSWMD at 802-229-9383.
For full schedule of future dates this year, see the CVSMD website, www.cvswmd.org, or call 802-229-9383.
