 Conditional Use Review for a cottage industry on a 0.57-acre property located at 9303 VT Rte 116 (east side of VT Rte 116 south of the intersection with Place Road) in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. The applicants are proposing to expand the existing building by adding a one-story 12’ x 55’ shed to create additional interior workspace. The business had previously been categorized as a contractor’s yard. Hearing continued from 4/4/17.

 Variance Review - The applicants are requesting a variance from the minimum lot size requirements for their proposed cottage industry.
