A memoir/writing workshop will be held at the Martha Canfield Library on Saturday, April 29 from 10:00 to 2:00. The workshop will be led by accomplished local author Ellen Perry Berkeley. Ellen will start with helpful hints and with answers to all questions. Participants will then work on a writing exercise and, if desired, will share these for gentle critiques from others. Everyone who attends this lively and enjoyable workshop will leave with new skills and new confidence for a memoir of their own – a project that has often been postponed.
