Spring Wild Edible Workshop @ North Branch Nature Center
Saturday, May 13, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
A veritable smorgasbord of edible plants are springing up across our fields and forests this time of year. Join us as we learn how to identify and sustainably harvest ramps, fiddlehead ferns, japanese knotweed, and many other lesser known edibles. We will also cover tips and tricks to incorporate these wild foods into your regular diet as well as ways to extend the harvest. A $20 program fee will cover lunch as well as creations to take home.
