Would You Like to Improve Your Chances of Living Longer Without Alzheimer’s?
Do you sometimes wonder what foods are good for your brain or what activities you should engage in to keep your brain healthy? At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can embrace to improve our health and perhaps delay the onset of cognitive decline. As a new direction to help you age well, the Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging is offering for the first time in St Johnsbury, Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research. This Alzheimer’s Association workshop is designed for individuals of any age who are looking for information on how to age as well as possible. We will share tips from the latest research on habits we can adopt to increase our chances of living longer without dementia and will set some goals for ourselves. This workshop is facilitated by Nancy Oakes, Director of Family Caregiver Support at the Council on Aging and Alzheimer’s Association Community Educator
