The Hinesburg Trails Committee is hosting a beginners' bird walk in Geprags Park on Saturday, May 13 from 7 to 9 AM. Rain date is Sunday, May 14, 7 - 9 AM. Meet in Geprags parking lot. All ages and abilities welcome. No dogs. Bring binoculars and field guides if you have them. Wear long pants and boots because of ticks and prickers. Last year we identified 27 species. This year we'll try for 30! We should be able to find Golden-Winged Warblers, a species of "greatest conservation need" in Vermont.
