Dear friends of Migrant Justice, Worker and Human Rights, and folks who like to have lots of fun, please join us for this Migrant Justice Solidarity Party! Funds will go to their ongoing work to demand human rights for dairy farm workers in Vermont, starting with fair treatment for the people that make the cream for Ben and Jerry's!

MAY DAY PREPARATIONS
At 2 PM, help build dozens of monarch butterfly puppets, paint colorful banners, and train for a May Day street theater performance with Bread and Puppet Theater from 2-6 PM.

DINNER AND LIVE MUSIC TO SUPPORT MIGRANT JUSTICE!
At 6 PM, come for Tacos from Mad Taco, Stay for the Brass Balagan Street Band and the Mal Maiz Afro-Cumbia Orchestra, a hot East Coast Latin dance band.

VOLUNTEER
Please help make the Melt the ICE Migrant Justice Fundraiser a success! We need morning and afternoon food preppers, folks for setup, pies for the pie auction, servers, cleanup crew, & ticket sellers.

MAY DAY
This year May Day will be celebrated in VT as the March for Dignity. At Noon on May 1st, Vermonters and friends will gather at 294 N Winooski Ave. in Burlington and March to demand justice for farmworkers and human rights for all.

SCHEDULE
2 pm: Banner Painting with The Make Action Arts begins
4 pm: Street Performance rehearsal with Bread and Puppet Theater and Migrant Justice
6 - 7 pm: Tacos, enchiladas, beer & wine, and dinner Music with Goddard and Suzie.
7:30 pm: Raffle and Pie auction to raise money for the incredible work Migrant Justice does.
8 pm: Paul Miller plays music while we all enjoy some pie!
830 pm: Brass Balagan Street Band!
915 pm - late: Mal Maiz brings down the house with a Cumbia Dance Party!
