Please join us on May 20th for the 5th annual Hearts for Hunger 5k & 1k Fun Run/Walk at CVU High School! Bring your family/friends to participate in this fun, family-oriented fundraising event! 100% of the proceeds from this 5k will go to the Vermont Foodbank's Backpack Program. This youth program strives to provide nutritious meals to food-insecure VT children when school meals are not available (i.e. on weekends and school vacations). In our first year we raised $3,800...then $7,500 in 2016. To date we have donated an incredible total of $22,300 to the Vermont Foodbank Backpack Program! Consider helping us to reach the $30,000 donation mark with the 2017 race!
