Johnson State College Concert Band, Chorale & Chamber Singers in Concert

On Friday, April 28, 2017 at 7:00pm in the Dibden Center for the Arts on the Johnson State College Campus in Johnson, VT the JSC Concert Band, Chorale, Chamber Singers, A Cappella groups and a 14 piece percussion ensemble will perform their end of semester concert.

Johnson State Chorale will present the official world premiere of Matthew Emery's "The Hillman's Lass" and Chamber Singers the Northeast US Premiere of Vicente Chavarría's “Notturno”.

The Concert Band's theme is “Time”. Music in odd meters, Nelhybel's Procession to the End of Time, a “Rag…time” piece, Haydn's Clock Symphony and more!

It will be a really exciting and quite varied, vocal and instrumental performance. Hope you can come. Bring the family and friends!
