Notice of Public Hearing
The City of Winooski is considering amendments to the Unified Land Use Regulations (ULU). Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Chapter 117, §4442, a public hearing will be held at 6:30 pm on April 27, 2017 at Winooski City Hall, 27 W. Allen Street to obtain the views of citizens on the following ULU amendments:
• Article II, Section 2.4 Addition of use categories to Land-Use Table.
• Article IV, Section 4.4 (D) Design Review, Subsection D –language removed.
• Article IV, Section 4.9 Nonconforming Lots, Structures and Uses. Drives and Rights of Way
(ROW) language added.
• Appendix B, Part 4 General Provisions, Subsection 402 F (1) Revision of Bonus Story Energy
requirements.
Geographical areas affected: All areas of the City of Winooski are impacted. Sections of the Ordinance impacted: Article II, Article IV and Appendix B, Part 4.
Copies of the proposed amendments and full versions of the Ordinance are available at Winooski City Hall and may be viewed during the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
