The Montpelier Downsizing Group will be meeting from 10:30 am to noon on Saturday, May 13 at Noble Hall lounge at Vermont College (Noble Hall is in the center of the buildings on the east side of the green). We’ll be hearing from a number of speakers, including a downtown building owner who wants to turn his second and third floors into market-rate apartments, and talking about other aspects of downsizing to smaller housing arrangements, whether they be small houses, tiny homes, apartments or condos.
