Please feel welcome to join a community meditation on Sundays, beginning April 16th at 9:30 am
This community meditation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am at Vergennes Movement, 179 Main Street ~ Vergennes. We will begin with a brief welcome, a silent 20 minute sit, and then time for reflection. Cushions/bolsters and chairs are available.
We ask participants for a small donation for the use of the space and we ask participants to refrain from wearing scented products and ask that you arrive on time to be respectful of the practice.

Meditation is a practice that has benefits for health well-being, and peace of mind and stress reduction. Mindfulness meditation is a secular from of meditation practice which is supported by years of scientific research. Sitting together as a group has a long history within traditions spanning back over 2500 years.
