AGENDA
(1) Presentation by Gabriel Andrews, Field Naturalist Program, Plant Biology Department, University of Vermont, on his research on cultural, economic, and ecological components of the New Haven River Watershed. Members of the Bristol Conservation Commission will attend as guests.
(2) Approval of minutes from the April 4, 2017 meeting
(3) Discussion of zoning permit application #17-01PUD, Chris Acker (parcel 22-50-30), requesting a Planned Unit Development at 11 Liberty Street per Bristol Zoning Regulations Article VI Section 609. This permit would replace a conditional use permit granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the same location on July 15, 2016.
(4) Administrative Matters
• Z.A. Eric Forand attendance at FEMA Floodplain Training on April 6th, hosted by ACRPC, fyi/highlights.
• Outline points for discussion on May 16th when chairs/members of the ZBA and DRC join us for an overview of the new Bristol Zoning Regulations.

A copy of the complete zoning permit application is available for review at the Bristol Town Office during regular business hours.
Public comments on tonight’s agenda items following the public hearings will be called for at an appropriate juncture. We will hear public comments on other topics at the conclusion of our evening’s deliberations.
