Reiki is an excellent tool for self- transformation and facilitating optimum health by enhancing the mind/body connection. Come learn the history, principles and precepts of Reiki; hand placements for self, others, and animals; ethical guidelines; basic understanding of the energy system; receive three attunements, and practice giving and receiving Reiki.
