NOTICE TO MORRISVILLE VOTERS

Here is some basic information about the Annual Village Meeting. If you have other questions, ask your Village Clerk or call the Secretary of State’s Office at 1-800-439-8683.

REGISTER TO VOTE:
There are new changes to Vermont Election Laws that went into effect on January 1, 2017. As of that date:
• Eligible residents will be able to register to vote on any day up to and including Election Day;
• Registration will be available at the Village Clerk’s Office on any day prior to the election during normal business hours;
• Registration will be available on Election Day during the hours the polls are open.
• To register to vote, you can come to the Village Clerk’s Office at 43 Portland Street, or call the office for assistance. You may also apply through the Department of Motor Vehicles, or you may now register to vote online at: https://olvr.sec.state.vt.us/.

DATE OF ANNUAL MEETING: MONDAY, APRIL 10, 2017

TIME OF ANNUAL MEETING: 6:30 PM until adjourned.

MEETING LOCATION: Morristown Municipal Building (Tegu), Community Meeting Room, 43 Portland Street Morrisville, Vermont. Facilities are handicapped accessible with plenty of convenient parking.
