Two Doves: Songs of Resistance, Hope and Love ~ a concert by singer/songwriter/ethnic folklorist Laura Wetzler ~ Friday, April 21st from 7pm to 9pm at Moore Free Library.
Laura will be singing original story songs, rollicking celebrations of the Great American Songbook, as well as worldbeat music from Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Revel in upbeat, powerful songs that give us the courage to speak out and survive our troubled times. Celebrate music from homegrown U.S. social justice and environmental movements, as well as communities throughout the world.
