Come for an evening show-and-tell highlighting our abundant, local “invasive weeds” - also known as prime healing allies and nutritious plant foods.Prepare yourself for the amazing abundance that our Vermont land offers beginning in April and continuing into November. We will highlight Garlic Mustard, Japanese Knotweed, and Burdock, along with other abundant wild plants.Samples of fresh herbs, tinctures, and teas will be provided.
