Hey Everyone,

Coming up on Sunday my friend Mandy is putting on an ecstatic-dance like event, called Dance Connect at the Everything Space in Montpelier. Mandy Snyder is a dancer, healing artist and lover of laughter. She weaves improvisational movement, mindfulness and soul-filled practices for alchemy that heals our hurts, expands joy and connects us to our calm centers.

Dance Connect is a Sunday morning gathering where free-form dance meets sacred practice and community building. A place to engage with what's deeply important to you, and to be wild and free. Fill yourself up. Stretch your edges. Bring your joy, your sorrow, your confusion, your clarity. Lean into the dance, and let yourself be moved. Before each dance you are invited for meditation and sounding to set the tone for our time together.

I'm in Morrisville and have a couple of spaces in my car if you're interested in car pooling! I'm going to be leaving a little on the early side to help set up so would leave around 8:15ish.

Sundays: April 9th, May 14th, June 11th (and maybe more...)

9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: Meditation/ Sounding: FREE

10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Dancing: $15 (or trade--talk to instructor)
