8-Noon, April 8th

Hi Neighbors!

I'm downsizing and am looking to get rid of a garage full of stuff. A nice, tile saw with stand and upgraded blade, 2 compressors (one shop & one job) & a hose reel, some more hose and an air tank, some air tools (a brand new impact wrench still in the box) a retracting job light, tons of 2x4's and 2 sheets of maple plywood. There's a Vt Castings wood stove that needs a new liner - perfect for a shop, I thought. It's heavy so we can talk about some transportation options if needed. Random hammers, and hand tools - take a look.

There's a very nice Bosch chop saw on a rolling collapsible stand made by DeWalt. Also a couple of ladders.

There are some odd building materials too - about 50 feet of CAT 6 and some 12-2 wire, miscellaneous plumbing, electrical and other odds & ends. Some connectors & other fittings. Some of it will have to be uncovered to be discovered :-).

Some hand tools, vices, a workbench, jack stands, a nice 8-ton floor jack ( I think it's 8 ton), and a 6x12 contractor's trailer (I'll part with this once finished with it) and a funny little trailer that was once a snowmobile trailer - perfect for transfer-station runs. A couple of Class III hitches, an arc welder & a bunch of rods a hood and gloves - a perfect starter set.

There's a double shop/slop sink.

There's a captain's desk and a set of deck furniture, an old sewing machine in a cabinet - you know the kind that flips down so you're left with a nice looking table. We had a lamp on it.

Nice Stihl backpack blower (BR320) and a FS90 trimmer - brush attachment and some blades are available. There's a garden cart and go green with a manual push mower. There's a beat up old turf roller you can just have if you're handy.

I also have a random assortment of adventure wear: a Mountain Hardwear ski bib & parka set, a expedition-weight down jacket, a pair of heavy backpacking boots, a couple pairs of skis - I even have a bunch of dress shirts - some unopened (large 16 x 34-35) and a couple of suits & slacks (33x34) that I'd part with. Jacket size is 44 long/athletic.

There are also some reclaimed windows and doors that someone would like to sell. I'll check to see.

So you get the gist - a shop full of stuff collected by a handy homeowner who just built a house. I'm sure I've left something out. Ah, a locking gun cabinet...not a safe but it's nice looking ;-)

The address is 935 Lincoln Hill Rd and I'll be opening things up around 8:00.

Inquiries: please contact me via email only if you would like to consider beating the Saturday-morning rush. We could make an advance appointment. For general questions, I'll be standing by between 8 and noon on Saturday the 8th.

Cheers! I look forward to seeing/meeting you!
