Join us for a fun-filled exploration of the many rainforest creatures who rely on the Almendro tree for survival. You’ll learn about marvelous macaws, sneaky spiders, furry fruit bats and dazzling dart frogs.
This workshop teaches children about the Almendro tree through literature, Spanish, art, writing, math and science. Children will create their own Almendro trees, learn basic Spanish vocabulary and play Rainforest Math and Jungle Jeopardy. Ages 6 and up. Pre-register at 878-4918.
