Music Together classes assume that all children are musical. Research has shown that 90 percent of children before the age of five have the potential ability to play in an orchestra if they are properly encouraged and trained into adulthood - the other ten percent get just as much joy and brain engagement as well. With young children, their primary caregivers are their models for learning so you come along to class and make music at home as well. A mixed age class with children from newborns to five year olds in an play-based environment is the best for learning the language of music.
