School Budget Re-Vote

The 2017/2018 School budget was voted down by 1 vote on March 7th. This is a clear indicator that ever vote truly does count and that the voice of every voter does get heard. Please vote and be heard. A re-vote has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 2nd with an informational meeting to be held on Monday, March 1st. The informational meeting will be held at the Alburgh Town Educational Center beginning at 7PM. Please come to this meeting, ask questions, voice concerns and take part in the discussion. If you want to know where the school budget funds are going, that will be the time to ask. The Schoolboard will be there to answer questions and let the public know what items need to be taken care of at the school. Voting for this budget will take place at the normal polling place located at 1 North Main Street. The polls will be open from 7am to 7pm on May 2nd. Please be heard and vote.
