On Sunday April 9th, join curious minds and interested activists for the second workshop in The Work That Reconnects Series: Active Hope.
The Work That Reconnects helps us discover our true inter-connectedness with each other and all of life. The activities and practices have been developed by Joanna Macy and many collaborators since the late 1970s and bring us together to experience the fullness of our reactions to what is happening with life on Earth.
The half-day workshop will end around 1pm and incorporate imaginative role play, meditative movement, dance, contemplation, and simple ritual. For those who desire and are able to participate in a full day, we will create a Council of All Beings in the afternoon which will end at 4:30pm.
Active Hope will be held at Metta Earth Institute: a Center for Contemplative Ecology located in Lincoln, VT. Options are to attend the morning session from 9:30am – 1pm, afternoon session from 1pm – 4pm, or both. Open donation for both sessions.
