Jericho Planning Commission April 4

Past event
Apr 4, 2017, 7 to 9 PM

The Jericho Planning Commission is meeting on Tuesday April 4th from 7 pm - 9 pm in the Town Hall. The public is welcome to attend. The following items are on the agenda for the evening.

The first 15 minutes have been set aside for public comment. This will serve as the time where the public will be able to chime in on items both on and not on the agenda. This is a recent change in the JPC policy for public comment.

The JPC will discuss some training opportunities and resources.

The JPC will discuss a letter received by David Villeneuve regarding open meeting law as it pertains to the JPC policy on listening to the public as the beginning of meetings. They will talk together about how to respond to Mr. Villeneuve.

They will continue to discuss the Low hanging Fruit amendments: A revised document with the changes can be found on the Planning Commission section of the Town website (jerichovt.gov).

The JPC will debrief from the public comment forum they held on Tuesday March 28th. They will talk about how to respond to those comments and further comments fro the planned pubilic forum meetings (April 25 and May 23). The minutes of that meeting are on the Town website.

Please feel free to contact the Town Planner, Katherine Sonnick (ksonnick@jerichovt.gov), with any questions or comments.
