This month's "Food for Thought" will feature Merrill Hersey from Open Barrel Home Brew Supply in St. Albans. Join us on Thursday, April 13th, at 6 pm to learn about home brew! Merrill will give a brief overview of how beer is made and explain how you can make your first beer at home! He will also show the typical equipment for a home setup and bring grains and hops for everyone to smell and taste.
