The Galaxy Bookshop is pleased to welcome Catherine Donnelly, editor-in-chief of THE OXFORD COMPANION TO CHEESE, along with Jasper Hill Farm's Mateo Kehler, who wrote the foreword to this impressive work. Jasper Hill Farm will provide cheeses from its award-winning cellars to sample and discuss.
Donnelly is the co-director of the Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese, America's first and only comprehensive academic research center devoted to artisan cheese. "The Oxford Companion to Cheese," an in-depth look at the history, science, and art of cheesemaking, includes writing from over 300 experts hailing from 35 countries.
