Tea Class at North Branch Cafe Sat.

Past event
Apr 1, 2017, 1 to 2 PM

This week's class teaches about some very little known types of tea and ones that you will love to add to your tea knowledge!

**White tea is the most delicate tea with very little oxidation. The flavor is wonderfully light and calming with similar benefits of the green teas.
**Puerh (Dark tea) is an amazing fermented tea with natural probiotic benefits and great for digestion. The flavor is earthy and robust and changes from one type of Puerh to another.
**We round out the class with a discussion about an amazing tisane from the Guayusa Tree in Ecuador. This drink offers many of the benefits of tea but has a higher level of caffeine. Because it also has L-theanine, it remains a calm alertness.

This really interesting class is taught by Cate Alber and runs from 1:00-2:00 or 2:15 at 41 State Street. $10 fee with a class day discount on purchases. Call 802-552-8105 or email lauren@thenorth-branch.com to reserve your space in this class.
