Dear Community Members of South Royalton, Royalton, Sharon, and Surrounding Communities,
With the approval and support of the South Royalton Community Select Board and Royalton Conservation Committee, Vermont Law School's Environmental Law Society is proud to announce the FIRST ANNUAL VLS & SOUTH ROYALTON EARTH DAY CLEAN-UP. This clean-up will take place on April 22, 2017 from 10:00 a.m until 3:00 p.m. in the Town Green of South Royalton, Vermont.
On April 22, 2017 from 10:00 until about 12:30 p.m., we will walk around South Royalton and pick-up any trash or debris we find and bag it up. At 1:00 p.m., we will reconvene at the Town Green to contribute to the mural that will be painted on the underpass of the Rainbow Street Bridge. We want this to continue annually, and the only way we can do this is with everyone's help!
To be a united front, please find the Earth Day Shirt, that we hope everyone can wear on this empowering day, https://www.eventbrite.com/e/vls-and-south-royalton-first-annual-earth-day-collaboration-tic[...]150 .
On April 17th, on VLS's quad (in front of the library), please join us to tie-dye your t-shirts! All materials will be provided by us.
We hope to see everyone there! This will be a great event that will happen year after year!
Sincerely,
Vermont Law Schools Environmental Law Society.
"To change everything, we need everyone."
