PUBLIC NOTICE MORRISTOWN/MORRISVILLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – THURSDAY MARCH 30, 2017
The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the
Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the above date of this notice to review the following applications:

1. Applicants/landowners Andrew & Melissa Wing request §750 Final Plat Approval to create 4 subdivision lots & a new private road from 25.3 acres of undeveloped land located at 334 Magoon Road in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone parcels (12-043 & 12-044).

2. Applicant/landowner Graham Mink requests §750 Final Plat Approval to create a new half-acre subdivision lot from 0.6 acre parcel 21-061 located at 233 Bridge Street in the §205 Central Business Zone.

3. Applicant/landowner Stephen Stancliff requests §750 Final Plat Approval to create a new two acre subdivision lot from 123 acre parcel 16-128 located at 101 Cloverdale Drive in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone
