Middlebury BNI Announces Visitors' Day

Past event
Apr 3, 2017, 8 to 10 AM

The Middlebury chapter of BNI will be hosting its first Visitors’ Day for area business people who are interested in growing their businesses through networking in a positive, supportive and structured environment. BNI, or Business Network International, is a business and professional networking organization whose primary purpose is to exchange qualified business referrals.

The philosophy of BNI is built upon the idea of “Giver’s Gain.” Similar to the Vermont ethos of friends helping friends and neighbors helping neighbors, BNI offers its members the opportunity to share ideas, contacts, networks and most importantly, business referrals. Its goal is to grow the businesses of its members through teamwork and word of mouth advertising.

The Middlebury BNI chapter is currently looking for additional members in various fields to whom they can refer business. The Middlebury BNI Visitors’ Day provides businesspersons the unique opportunity to learn more about the organization and the potential of generating a steady source of referral business.

Being a member of BNI is like having sales people working for you every day who market your product or service. If referrals are an important part of your business, then BNI is the organization for you.

The meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 3 in The Founders Room at The Middlebury Inn, located at 14 Court Square in Middlebury and runs from 8-10 AM.
