Puppets and music created by Thatcher Brook Primary School students will be on stage with world-renowned jazz guitarist John Jorgenson when he comes to the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center Friday, April 7. Jorgenson – a Grammy-winner who has performed with such diverse musicians as Elton John, Luciano Pavarotti and Bonnie Raitt – plays with his quintet. The performance will feature puppets made by our students with the help of Vermont's own Barbara Paulson of No Strings Marionette Company and a song written by our music teacher, Lizzy Carlson. The remainder of the concert will feature The John Jorgenson Quintet. Stowe students will also be showcasing their artwork.
