Lee Albert, Integrated Positional Therapy founder, to host Yoga Retreat At Mountain Top Resort
 
 
Chittenden, VT. (February, 2017) -  Mountain Top Inn & Resort announces three-day retreat hosted by neuromuscular therapist, Integrated Positional Therapy founder and author Lee Albert April 23-26, 2017.
 
The 3-day retreat, titled ‘Yoga for pain relief- Steps to an extraordinary life’ will focus on lessons from Albert’s recent book,  ‘Yoga for pain relief, A new approach to an ancient practice’.  Albert will shed new light on how yoga solutions can be used therapeutically to create pain-free living.  Over the course of 3-days, participants will be introduced to three powerful practices of the ancient yogis to alleviate not only muscular pain but also mental and emotional stress.  Using simple routines, Albert will help students learn how to eliminate or reduce most painful conditions, reduce stress and achieve a calm alertness in life.
 
Albert states, “Use of these ancient practices has been validated through neuroscience”.  With Albert, participants will explore: specific yoga poses which can balance your muscular system and achieve a pain free body; breathing exercises proven to balance the nervous system and elicit the relaxation response; practices which balance the mind and cultivate a calm focused presence; enhancements to your body’s natural healing process.
 
The 3-day retreat takes place at the Mountain Top Resort Spa & Salon April 23-26, 2017.  Both day and overnight packages are offered.  A welcome session takes place on Sunday evening April 23, 2017.  Two full days of sessions take place on Monday, April 24th & Tuesday, April 25th.  A closing session takes place Wednesday morning April 26th.  Reservations can be made by calling 802.483.2311
 
Lee Albert is a national presenter, Neuromuscular Therapist, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health (Lenox, MA) Yoga Instructor and author.  Dedicated to helping people help themselves Lee has created, practices and teaches Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) protocols to reduce and often eliminate chronic pain.
