Cheese, Butter & Yogurt Making Class
When: Sunday, April 9th from 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Where: Earthwise Farm & Forest, Bethel, VT
Cost: $40 per person, $75 for two people
Pre-registration Required: Limit to 12 people; minimum of 6 needed

- Learn a few different ways to make yogurt - successfully and consistently.
- Get introduced to a couple different soft cheeses that are easy & fun to make.
- Learn the tricks for making butter, and using butter molds.
- Have fun learning with others in an intimate setting; get ready to laugh and taste some delicious creations.

Class will include a handout. Cheese & Yogurt Cultures, Citric Acid, and Butter Muslin Cloth will be for sale, so you can go home and start creating delicious treats for friends and family.
