DRB Meeting Tuesday - Northridge

Past event
Mar 28, 2017, 7 PM

Just following up on the article written in the Observer last week. As mentioned by the DRB board during the September meeting when the Northridge proposal was presented, it is important that the community attend meetings in regards to this project to help ensure the community's voice is heard. From the last meeting the DRB heard the community's concern about duplex and townhouses being so close to single family homes and they asked the developer to consider moving the high occupancy area away from the current single family homes. In speaking to other community members, there is still concern regarding traffic issues that currently happen in Brennan Woods in regard to speed and number of cars becoming an issue in southridge. It's important we attend these meetings to continue to work with the DRB to help drive a new development within the community that works within the current neighborhood design. Look forward to seeing community members at the meeting on Tuesday the 28th at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall meeting room.
